Fassa Bortolo Delivery Terms
Free Onsite Delivery Policy
Fassa Bortolo provides complimentary onsite delivery for orders that meet the requirement of full pallet quantities. This means that customers can benefit from free delivery when their order comprises full pallets.
Full Pallet Quantities
- Bagged Products: A full pallet consists of 40 bags.
- Tubs: A full pallet consists of 33 tubs.
Part Pallet Deliveries
If your order includes more than one pallet but the remaining quantity does not make up a complete pallet, an additional charge will apply for the delivery of the part pallet. The additional charge for part pallet delivery is £X per pallet, or please contact us for a detailed quote based on your order size.
Order Scenarios
- If you order 80 bags (2 full pallets), delivery is free.
- If you order 85 bags (2 full pallets and 5 bags), an additional charge will apply for the 5 bags.
- Similarly, ordering 66 tubs (2 full pallets) qualifies for free delivery, but ordering 70 tubs (2 full pallets and 4 tubs) will incur a part pallet delivery charge for the 4 tubs.
